The system is a new geothermal heat pump system introduced by Moriya Shokai, called the groundwater circulation type geothermal heat exchange system "Heat-Gw-Power." It involves filling a geothermal heat exchange tank constructed in the shallow underground (up to G.L. -3m) with river gravel and horizontally laying heat exchange pipes inside it. Groundwater is pumped from a nearby well and sprinkled from a distribution pipe installed above the heat exchange tank, allowing for heat exchange through infiltration and the heat exchange pipes. Additionally, there is a "CASCADE type" that further expands the effectiveness of this system.
